New technology for the future trends for producing safer fireworks
The new type of mould-pressing outer barrel is shaped up by a method called hyper thermal foam suppression with environment-friendly materials including plant fibre, widely applying for products such as multi-shot battery(or set piece) and fountains.There is no need to make mud bottom and launcher,and problems such as bottom shedding and barrel scattering will not occur.The new barrel has such features as high intensity, strong collision resistance and good safety and stability, consequently facilitating manufacture, storage,transportation and display. Therefore the fireworks manufacturing cycle is shortened to a large degree and the efficiency improved.
Currently we are getting the CE approval with all models we have at the moment.
