The in store staff were great
Very knowledgeable staff, Freddie was very helpful when I was planning a display for a music video recently. He was able to provide videos for a range of Roman Candles, all of which the director was very impressed by. The in store staff were great at instructing me on all the safety measures I would need to take when setting off the huge firework we decided on! I can't wait to do the training course! Thanks!

The variety suited everyone
The fireworks you advised me to get were perfect. The variety suited everyone there. The young children loved the colourful fireworks, some of the older boys screamed with excitement at the loud crackles and the adults pretending to only enjoy the fireworks for the kids sakes enjoying the ones that went bang and lit up the night sky.
Your customer service skills are the best I have come across in a while which was very refreshing, and my order came in time for my sons party as promised!

Real street stopper

I went to buy fireworks from Absolutely Fabulous fireworks in October 2011. I had to wait while the sales assistant dealt with the guy in front of me.
The assistant was very attentive to the guy's needs but what impressed me most was that, after listening to the explanation of the venue, etc, the assistant persuaded the guy to not buy what he was intending to buy but to opt for smaller, cheaper fireworks instead.
Underselling is a nice change in this day and age. The assistant was equally helpful when dealing with me and I found their whole customer service excellent.

Our internet supplier let us down
My husband and son bought some fireworks from you on Saturday after our internet supplier let us down.
Just wanted to say they were brilliant! A great display at fantastic value. And they got excellent advice too. We will definitely be coming back next year - and probably more often now we know what great value fireworks can be.

Good value for money
We had an excellent fireworks party courtesy of Brilliant Fireworks. The staff were very helpful and informative and the delivery service was prompt. The fireworks themselves were good value for money and the suggested sequence worked really well. We will definitely be going back next year for more.

This is just a quick few lines to thank you for putting together such a great display for our group. We found it so much easier to set up and fire using your method.
Everyone praised the display and said how good it was, and as you predicted, they all said it was longer than it was timed by about 5-10 mins.
We feel that with the response and feedback that we have had SO FAR, it would be silly to go anywhere else next year.

Everyone was very impressed
Yes, we did enjoy our anniversary celebrations on Sept 17th and were rounded off really well with the wonderful fireworks.Worked really well to have the silver theme in the middle.

Shock Factor, Reasonable Price
Open all year round, so great for the pyromaniac in me that loves a display any time of the year and a good party!
I gave details of my requirements which were quite specific, as I have a small garden, but like the shock factor while staying within safety constraints!
They provided exactly the right mix of bright with bang and for a fairly reasonable price!

Impressive
Found Freddie on the internet and when I went to see him I was pleasantly surprised. Freddie was very helpful in explaining about the fireworks.

My sincere Thanks for providing the Fireworks at my Son's Wedding this weekend. The guys who were in control of the display were helpful and thoughtful which at an event such as this is essential but not always offered, the guys were great.
The display itself was superbly executed by your team and impressed myself and my Wife and our Son and Daughter in law and guests on the Wedding day. Would never use anyone else
So good would never use anyone else!!! Everything from the service in the shop right through to the display was perfect.
Great communication and service. I am a massive fireworks fan and have been to many displays and Freddie's absolutely blitzed the rest. You can tell that Freddie and his staff are passionate about what they do and are not just in it for the money!!! Definitely recommend!!

The staff talk through your needs and budget brilliantly. we've bought for a wedding, halloween and firework night and each time an original and tailor made display - that we can do safely ourselves is worked out for us.
And the results are explosive / delightful / safe and fun!!!

X-Factor
A year ago I contributed to a family fireworks display.
The display was held at my partners sisters house, her name is Gill.
Gill and her partner George spent loads of money, (£150'ish) at the local supermarket, on fireworks.
The fireworks Gill and George bought were a bit rubbish to say the least. I spent around £60 on a firework from Absolutely Fabulous Fireworks.
The firework was called the X-FACTOR. This firework was the last one to be set off. ( mainly because it was the biggest ) :-)
What a firework! It was like being at a professional display and lasted for ages. It was a great finale, to an otherwise slightly disappointing evening of budget fireworks from a supermarket. :-(
What I remember the most were the oohs and ahhs coming from the kids in the garden and the sheer awe and excitement, on all their little faces when that firework went off. To me, that was priceless.
Trust me, I'd rather spend £60 on one decent firework than £100's on budget fireworks. The staff there are really helpful and friendly too.

You also get to watch video's of the fireworks you buy. That was cool too.

Amazing Fireworks
We used Absolutely Fabulous Fireworks for our wedding 23rd July 2011. Wow what a display it was! All our guests were amazed and it really was the perfect way to end our day.
The communication from the company in the run up to the day was brilliant, they are helpful and check everything is running as it should be. They do all the work regarding the set up, lighting etc of the fireworks and it is so worth it.
I would definitely use them again at a big event.

Wedding Firework Display - Lisa and Karl

I recently had to organize a display for a school fundraising event. We had a budget of £500. Freddie at Brilliant fireworks was, as the name implies- brilliant. He viewed the site in advance on Google Maps, asked a series of penetrating questions and produced a cracking 10 min display which one individual could comfortably manage alone.
All guidance and planning was thought through for us. He knows his business and is willing to share his know how. I won't be going anywhere else. Fantastic service.

The care and time that the on site team took to make sure that all was as required and to our timing was exemplary.
