Shipping Policy

Overview

Due to the specialist nature of fireworks (classified as hazardous goods), our delivery and shipping process is managed in strict compliance with UK ADR regulations for dangerous goods transport.

Delivery Options

Standard UK Mainland Delivery

We ship to most UK mainland postcodes via certified ADR couriers. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value and location.

Free Click & Collect

Collect your order for free from our showroom at 4 Park Parade, London W3 9BD. We are open Monday–Sunday, 9:00am–5:00pm. You must bring valid photographic ID to confirm you are 18 or over upon collection.

Age Verification Upon Delivery

In accordance with UK law, an adult aged 18 or over must be present to sign for and accept delivery of any fireworks order. Our couriers operate a strict Challenge 25 policy and will require valid photo ID (driving licence or passport) if the recipient appears under 25.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If any item arrives damaged or appears defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call 0208 896 2866 within 48 hours of receipt. Do not attempt to ignite any firework that appears damaged.

Returns & Cancellations

Because fireworks are classified as explosives and hazardous goods, we cannot accept general customer change-of-mind returns once the products have left our licensed storage premises, in compliance with UK explosive safety regulations. Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded upon inspection.
