Fireworks are an age-restricted product under The Fireworks Regulations 2004. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to cancel orders where age cannot be verified. It is illegal to supply fireworks to anyone under the age of 18.

3. Products & Classification

All fireworks sold on this website are consumer-grade pyrotechnics classified as Category F2 or F3 under BS EN 15947. They are CE and UKCA certified and must be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable UK safety law.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of ordering. Payment must be made in full prior to order dispatch or collection.

5. Safety & Responsible Use

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the safe storage, handling, and ignition of all fireworks purchased. Fireworks must only be ignited outdoors in suitable open spaces, observing the minimum safety distances specified on each product's label.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Fireworks Firm Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modification of any pyrotechnic products.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
